Scaffolding is probably one of the most important components in providing a safe working environment and is vital to the success of any building or renovation project. That’s why UK Scaffolders is committed to delivering excellent service, providing cheap deals to the residential, commercial, construction and industrial sectors while maintaining health and safety standards across our scaffolding Burgess Hill services.

Why UK Scaffolders Beats Others

Our secret lies in providing what our customers expect – simply that. Our customers want a reputable company so we have responded by registering with Chas and becoming a member of Checkatrade, an independent customer review website for trade professionals. Each scaffolder also holds CISRS approved qualifications and is local to the Burgess Hill area. In addition, our scaffold team is CITB accredited and receive regular training – both courses and on the job – on important topics like asbestos awareness and TG20 compliant work systems.

We’ll conduct a site inspection if required and offer a free consultancy to help decide which tower or scaffold structure would work best for your project. We have a scaffold for every job, big or small, and can build a range of access scaffolds that offer ingenious solutions to reaching tricky spots. We also offer:

  •     Tree protection with Heras fencing to cordon off the area.

We also supply edge protection and handrails on our scaffolding to ensure the safety of trades workers and their operation within working at height regulations. In public places, we can arrange for scaffold debris netting to collect falling dust and debris. Safety is our top priority, which is why we supply the latest in equipment that promotes safe working. Some examples include safety netting, scaffold tags, alarms and solid work platforms. That’s why we are the most recommended of scaffolding companies throughout Burgess Hill.

The provision of temporary roof systems is another service that falls within our range of expertise. We provide both the traditional and shrink wrap temporary roofs, such as the one we provided for a commercial property on London Road that enabled the roofing company to re-install the roof cover. Secure Monaflex sheeting was also provided to protect the works during adverse weather.

UK Scaffolders can also provide a qualified and comprehensive scaffold design service in Burgess Hill. This is delivered in line with regulatory requirements via risk assessments and method statements and focuses on how they apply to your particular project. Our services ensure that the scaffolding conforms to all HSE regulations while keeping prices at a level that will suit your budget.

If you want to buy scaffolding parts such as tubes, fittings and scaffold boards for platforms, then we have a good range for sale – contact us for more information. We are suppliers of robust and hard wearing equipment at great prices.

Scaffolding Burgess Hill Jobs

Our scaffolders in Burgess Hill have been busy working on the following recent jobs:

Victoria Hill
Access scaffolding was provided for the purpose of building a single storey extension.
Manor Road
A detached property needed progressive scaffolding to build the brickwork and blockwork up to roof level on a two storey extension. Three lifts were constructed from dpc level to roof and a rope and wheel were included for the roofing works.
Leylands Road
Edge protection handrails were erected to the girth of the roof area on an access tower that included a loading bay for stacking materials to install solar energy to the roof of an industrial warehouse. Steel gates were installed to the loading bay to make a safe working loading area.
Janes Lane
A chimney stack scaffold was erected to the rear elevation of a three storey property for access to carry out re-pointing improvements. Boarded lifts were installed to suit the works and a ladder access provided.
Park Road
A gable end scaffold was erected to a semi-detached house for removing the old blown render and re-installing and decorating a new render cover. All lifts were fully boarded and debris netting installed to contain any dust while the removal of the old render took place.
Sparrow Way
Birdcage scaffolding was provided to the internal area of the village hall to decorate the wooden roof timbers and re-plaster and re-paint the walls. Two staggered lifts were built to the required levels for the works.
Maple Drive
A garage being built for a domestic client by a local builder used a scaffold platform to complete the brickwork skin, build the gable ends and install the new roof trusses and tiling. A crash deck scaffold was installed internally for edge protection.

UK Scaffolders has gained popularity in Burgess Hill because of its first class services. We can also deliver in the towns of Hurstpierpoint, Albourne, Hassocks, Keymer, Ditchling, Chailey, Twineham, Bolney, Haywards Heath, Scaynes Hill, Clayton, Newick, Partridge Green, Henfield, Cuckfield, Barcombe and Lewes.

The Adaptability of Our Services

During the storms and gales in January 2012, a number of trees came down in Burgess Hill, including one which fell on to a house in Lindfield nearby. Other trees were left damaged and were in danger of falling, which led to the closure of many roads around the town, including one in Scaynes Hill. Our tree protection scaffold is used to safeguard the tree trunk and roots from any work that needs to be carried out and Heras fencing is supplied to restrict access to the area. This can help make the area safe before felling is carried out or to protect surrounding trees from damage while remedial work is completed.

We have the flexibility to provide a low cost scaffolding solution that is perfect for your project. If you’re a landlord who needs to refurbish a rental apartment block, a construction company that is dealing with a shopping centre build or an events manager who is looking for a temporary stage to be delivered, we are the scaffolding hire company for you. We offer advanced solutions that are wanted on technically complex problems in Burgess Hill and beyond.
